MemoMind One Update: Pricing, Shipping & How to Order

MemoMind One is now available to order directly on our website. The Kickstarter campaign is currently paused, and we've moved ordering to the MemoMind official website so you can secure your device today!
This update covers everything you need to know: pricing, what configurations are available, how to place your order, and when it will ship.
Pricing
Standard Edition — all frame styles and prescription lenses are available now.
Custom Edition is coming later. We'll open orders once its shipping schedule is confirmed.
During the limited-time promotion, MemoMind One starts at $399 (MSRP $599), and clip-on sunglasses are $69 (MSRP $99).
Only for Kickstarter backers: your extra $100 benefit is valid for six months after each frame style launches, calculated separately from that frame's launch date on our website. So if you want to wait for a different frame or prescription lenses, you won't lose it.
If you need a prescription edition
Please visit the product page, select "Prescription Lenses," and then provide your prescription details. As prescription lenses are custom-made products, please carefully verify all data before submission. If you are not sure, select "Not clear, Send it later" — we'll email you a short survey so you can submit your details when you're ready. It won't hold up your order.
Price: An additional $280 on top of the base price.
Supported range: Sphere (SPH) -6.00 to 0.00, Cylinder (CYL) -2.00 to 0.00. If your prescription falls outside this range, please hold off — we'll let you know as soon as we can support it. See more prescription guides.
About Your Kickstarter Pledge
Four things to know:

Your pledge hasn't been charged, so no backer is out of pocket.

Ordering on our website won't double-charge you. The website order is a separate, single charge.

If the campaign resumes and your pledge is later collected, you may request a refund for either the pledge or your website order, subject to the applicable refund process.

Your price and benefits are locked once confirmed. After your order and backer status are confirmed, they remain secured regardless of future changes to the Kickstarter campaign.
Shipping
Memomind One glasses have entered the mass production stage. Shipping is expected to begin in September 2026. The first two production batches include a combined total of approximately 1,000 units, fulfilled in priority order: website deposit holders first, then Kickstarter backers, then new customers. Within each group, orders follow the applicable order or backer-number sequence.
A few things that affect timing:

Standard Edition orders move faster because their specifications are standardized — production, packing, and fulfillment can begin more quickly once orders are confirmed.

Prescription orders require additional verification and lens preparation, which may add processing time.

Delivery dates vary by destination. Customs, local carriers, shipping routes, and regional delivery conditions are outside our direct control and can affect when your device arrives.
Update for EU Backers
Due to a recent legal development in Germany, we have made the difficult decision to pause all shipments to EU addresses while we work through the process — which we expect to take 3 to 5 months.
If you're in the EU, you can either keep your order and lock in your Kickstarter price permanently until shipping resumes, or request a full refund plus a $100 XGIMI EU store voucher; just reach out with your backer number (or your deposit email if you ordered through our site).
Orders outside the EU are unaffected and September wave shipping continues as planned. We're sorry for the disruption and thank you for your patience.

Go to the product page, select Kickstarter Backer, enter your Backer Number, and complete your order. Your pledge hasn't been charged, so this won't result in a duplicate charge.
When does MemoMind One ship?
