What frame styles are available for MemoMind One?

The standard edition is available in three frame styles: Nomad, Gotham, and Archive.

Available with prescription Lenses.

Does MemoMind One offer semi-rimless or rimless frames?

No. Semi-rimless and rimless frame options are not currently available.

Is the Gotham frame available in the Custom Edition?

Unfortunately, the Gotham frame is not currently available in the Custom Edition.

Is the only difference between the Standard Edition and Custom Edition the color options?

Yes. The Custom Edition offers a wider range of color choices, but there are no functional differences between the two versions.

The Custom Edition does not currently support prescription lenses.

We recommend checking the official website for future updates, as any changes to prescription lens support will be announced there.

What materials are used for MemoMind One?

MemoMind One is available in three premium frame styles featuring high-quality finishes and materials including:

  • β-titanium alloy
  • Magnesium-aluminum alloy
  • Acetate
Is MemoMind One comfortable to wear?

Yes. MemoMind One is designed for all-day comfort with:

  • A natural 175° frame curvature
  • Flexible hinges
  • Balanced core components positioned behind the ears

The glasses weigh only 46.6 g (Gotham frame with plano lenses).

Can MemoMind One be worn together with Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aids?

It depends on your ear shape, hearing aid model, and how the devices fit together. In some cases, wearing both devices may cause slight pressure or limited space around the ears.

Generally, smaller BTE hearing aids may still be compatible, while larger models could affect wearing comfort.

Does MemoMind One support prescription lenses?

Yes. MemoMind One supports true prescription lens customization.

The Custom Edition does not currently support prescription lenses.

If I choose the prescription lens option, do I need to provide a doctor-signed prescription?

No. You only need to provide your eyeglass prescription. However, please ensure that the prescription accurately reflects your current vision.

Can I use my own prescription?

Yes. MemoMind One is fully compatible with prescription lenses.

Is there an additional charge for prescription lenses?

The standard non-prescription version of MemoMind One comes with plano (non-prescription) lenses and does not incur any additional charges.

Prescription lenses are an optional upgrade and require an additional fee.

Are the prescription lenses magnetic?

No. MemoMind One uses integrated prescription lenses that are permanently installed and non-removable.

Can I purchase spare lenses for MemoMind One?

No. The lenses are integrated into the glasses and cannot be manually replaced by the user.

Are the prescription lenses clip-on lenses?

No. The prescription lenses are fully integrated into the frame and cannot be removed.

Are there prescription limitations for MemoMind One?

The version currently supports:

  • Sphere (SPH): -6.00D to +4.00D
  • Astigmatism (CYL): -2.00D to 0.00D

Single-vision lenses only. Progressive multifocal lenses are not supported at this time.

Are there axis (A/AX) requirements for prescription lenses?

Yes. The supported axis range is:0° to 180°

Are there PD (Pupillary Distance) requirements?

Yes. The supported monocular PD ranges are:

  • Left PD: 25–45 mm
  • Right PD: 25–45 mm
Are there requirements for other eye parameters such as VD, ADD, Prism, or PS?

MemoMind One does not currently support customization of the following parameters:

  • VD (Vertex Distance)
  • ADD (Near Addition)
  • Prism
  • PS (Pupil Size/Pupil Diameter)
Can I choose high-index prescription lenses to reduce lens thickness?

MemoMind One uses 1.67 high-index lenses.

Are photochromic (transition) lenses supported?

Unfortunately, tinted and photochromic lenses are not currently supported.

However, a clip-on sunglasses attachment is included.

Are prescription sunglasses supported?

Tinted prescription lenses are not currently supported.

Instead, MemoMind One includes a clip-on sunglass attachment.

Does MemoMind One support blue-light-blocking lenses?

No. Blue-light-blocking coatings may introduce color distortion, so they are not currently offered.

Are progressive lenses supported?

No. MemoMind One currently supports single-vision lenses only.

Can I use stick-on reader lenses together with prescription MemoMind One glasses?

No. If your MemoMind One is configured with prescription lenses, we do not recommend stacking additional stick-on reader lenses.

Can I have the MemoMind One lenses modified by my local optical lab?

No. MemoMind One uses an integrated lens structure in which the waveguide and display-related optical layers are built directly into the lens assembly. Secondary processing or lens modification by third-party optical laboratories is not currently supported.

Does MemoMind One support bifocal lenses?

No. Bifocal lens configurations are not currently supported.

Does MemoMind One support bi-axial (dual-axis) lenses?

No. Dual-axis lens configurations are not currently supported at this time.

What is the lens light transmission rate?

98% light transmission (outside the waveguide display area).
