For new customers, the $299 price is through September 7. After that it goes to its regular price. -
Q 02— Will Kickstarter backers lose the extra $100 if they wait?
No. Existing Kickstarter backers can wait for prescription lenses or another frame style without losing the extra $100 benefit. The benefit remains valid for six months after each eligible frame style goes on sale, calculated separately from that frame’s launch date. -
Q 03— How do I claim my Kickstarter backer benefits?
Select Kickstarter Backer on the product page and enter your Kickstarter Backer Number in the provided field. No form, ID check or support ticket is required. -
Q 04— Where can I find my Kickstarter Backer Number?
You can find it in your Kickstarter confirmation email or in the pledge details associated with your Kickstarter account. -
Q 05— How many units are included in the first two batches?
The first and second production batches include a combined total of 1,000 units. -
Q 06— When will my order ship?
Shipping is expected to begin in September. Orders will be fulfilled in this priority: 1. Website deposit holders 2. Kickstarter backers 3. New customers Orders within each group will follow the applicable order or backer-number sequence. -

No. Kickstarter pledges have not been charged, so placing an order on the MemoMind website will not result in an immediate duplicate charge. -

If the campaign resumes and your Kickstarter pledge is later collected, you may request a refund for either the Kickstarter pledge or your website order, subject to the applicable refund process. Your confirmed website price and eligible backer benefits will remain secured. -
